Generate a Try-On

Once you've uploaded a photo, you're ready to generate a try-on.

Step by step

1. Select your photo

Choose from your recent uploads or upload a new one (see Upload a Photo).

2. Pick a product

Switch to the product selection step. You'll see two tabs:

• Store — Products from the current store's catalog
• Favorites — Products you've saved across all stores

If you opened Fit View while on a product page, that product is pre-selected.

3. Choose a variant

Select the specific color and size for the product. These dropdowns update based on the product's available options.

4. Generate

Hit the generate button. This costs 2 credits.

5. Wait for processing

Generation takes several seconds. Glimmer shows rotating status messages so you know what's happening:

• "Scanning garment details, fabric cues, and color behavior..."
• "Aligning product with body landmarks..."
• "Blending lighting, folds, and shadows..."

6. View your result

The generated image appears when ready. You can:

• Download the image to your computer
• Save it to your try-on history
• Share it via a Style Check link

Selecting from favorites

The Favorites tab in product selection shows all products you've hearted across stores. This is handy for trying on items you've been eyeing from different retailers without having to navigate back to those stores.

Pre-selected products

If you click a product in the drawer's Affinity panel and then open Fit View, that product is automatically pre-selected — saving you a step.
