Quickstart

Go from zero to your first AI style brief in under 5 minutes.

1. Install and sign in

Download Glimmer from glimmermode.com and open it. Enter your email, then enter the one-time code sent to your inbox. No password needed.

You'll start with 10 free credits to try every AI feature.

2. Pick a store

After the onboarding tutorial, you'll be prompted to choose a store. Pick one of the suggested brands or type in any Shopify store URL.

3. Browse and capture

Browse the store like you normally would. When you see something you like — a product, an outfit, a look — hit the capture button (camera icon) in the toolbar.

Do this at least 10 times across different products. This gives Glimmer enough data to map your style.

4. Generate your Style Brief

Once you have 10+ snapshots, open the drawer (right sidebar) and tap Generate Style Brief. This costs 1 credit.

Glimmer will analyze your Style Graph and return:

  • Your Style DNA — key descriptors like "minimalist," "earth tones," "relaxed tailoring"
  • Inspiration fits — curated outfit ideas based on your taste
  • Graph insights — the strongest patterns in your style

5. Try on a product

Navigate to any product page and switch to Fit View (palette icon in the toolbar). Upload a photo of yourself, select the product, choose a variant, and hit generate. 2 credits.
