Style Brief

A Style Brief is an AI-generated summary of your taste — your style fingerprint in words, with outfit inspiration to match.

Generating a brief

  1. Open the drawer (right sidebar toggle in the toolbar)
  2. Make sure you're on the Style Brief tab
  3. Optionally set a tone and inspiration goal
  4. Tap Generate Style Brief (1 credit)

Tone options

Choose how the brief reads:

ToneStyle
ConciseShort, direct — just the key insights
EditorialMagazine-style prose with richer descriptions
PlayfulCasual and fun, like advice from a friend

Inspiration goals

An optional prompt that steers the brief toward a specific direction. Glimmer offers 50+ presets that rotate randomly, like:

  • "Capsule wardrobe for minimalist workdays"
  • "Date-night outfits with subtle drama"
  • "Vacation packing for coastal destinations"

Pick one or leave it blank for a general analysis.

What you get

Style DNA

A set of key descriptors that define your taste — like "minimalist," "earth tones," "relaxed tailoring." These are derived from the strongest signals in your Style Graph.

Inspiration fits

5–7 curated outfit ideas based on your graph. Each fit includes:

  • A title and description
  • A list of items that make up the outfit
  • The occasion it suits
  • Shopping tags you can use to find similar pieces

Graph insights

The strongest connections in your Style Graph — which prototype pairs co-occur most often. This reveals patterns you might not have noticed, like a consistent preference for "structured silhouettes + muted tones."

Next steps

Suggestions for what to explore next based on gaps or emerging patterns in your graph.

Saving fits

Tap the save icon on any inspiration fit to store it. Saved fits appear in the Saved Fits panel in the drawer and as cards in your snapshot library.

You can edit or delete saved fits at any time.

Brief caching

Your most recent brief is cached in the drawer — you won't lose it when navigating. Generating a new brief replaces the cached one.
